Calls to (425) 592-3323 are answered by, or connected to, independent water damage restoration companies that serve Edmonds and nearby places.

Those companies set their own prices and perform the inspection, extraction, drying, and repair work. Firdale Water Removal does not perform that work.

Details a Call Creates

A call to this number creates a record that can include the following details.

• The phone number you call from, and the date, time, and length of the call.
• What you say on the call, such as your name, your address, and the water damage you describe.
• A recording of the call, when the call is recorded.

The Company You Speak With Receives Your Details

The details from your call are shared with the restoration company you speak with. That company uses them to talk with you about the damage, set an inspection, and prepare an estimate.

That company handles your details under its own policies. Ask it directly how it stores and uses them.

Recorded Calls Under Washington Law

Recording is possible on any call to this number. Washington's privacy law, RCW 9.73.030, requires the consent of every party to a recorded private phone call.
